DELIVERY & RETURNS

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders received on a weekday within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours.  Orders received over a weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched within 24 hours from the first following weekday.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.  We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders require a signature upon receipt.  We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Due to new regulations on shipments going to Russia you must provide both an email address and mobile telephone number when placing your order.  Once we have shipped your order you will be contacted by a clearance broker on behalf of our courier UPS who will begin the clearance process.

RETURNS POLICY

In Store Purchases:

Items can be returned for exchange or in store credit only within 10 days of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear
  • Bras
  • Rackets which have been modified (i.e. balanced or weighted)
    • For rackets that have been strung or gripped, the cost of the strings/grips will not be refunded.

Online Orders

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please drop your order back to our store or return it by post.  We recommend you send the parcel using a “signed for” service.

REFUNDS

After receiving your item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will process your return or exchange within 7 days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank/credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
